Founding spots

A founding spot reserves 50% off any Galley PDF plan for your first 12 months after launch.

• Before launch: you can get a full refund at any time, for any reason.
• After launch: you can get a full refund within 30 days of the launch date.
• If Galley PDF doesn't launch, every founding payment is refunded in full. You don't need to ask.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@galleypdf.com from the address you paid with, or include that address in your message. No explanation is needed.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
